A Stillwater family, renting our own homes
Clanahan Property Management started with a single house and a simple goal: rent our homes the way we'd want to rent them. We're not a faceless management company — we live here, shop here, and raise our families here in Stillwater.
Local roots in Stillwater
[CONFIRM details] We've called Stillwater home for years and have ties to Oklahoma State University and the wider community. Over time we've added a handful of houses — each one we own and maintain ourselves, with help from the trusted local trades we've known for years.
We know the neighborhoods, the schools, and the campus rhythms — move-in week, football Saturdays, and the quiet of a summer in Stillwater. That local knowledge helps us match residents to the right home and keep that home in good shape. When you call, you reach the owner — not a call center.
We're your neighbors
We live in Stillwater and care about the community we're part of.
We fix things fast
We own the homes, so we maintain them like our own — promptly and properly.
We're in it for the long term
We want residents who stay, so we keep our homes and our relationships in good repair.
A town we know by heart
Stillwater is a college town with a small-town feel — and we love both sides of it. Our homes sit within easy reach of the places that make Stillwater, Stillwater.
OSU campus
We keep homes walk-distance to class for faculty, staff, and graduate students who'd rather not fight for a parking pass.
Downtown Stillwater
Main Street coffee, shops, and restaurants are minutes away from several of our rentals — small-town charm, short commute.
Boomer Lake & parks
The lake loop, playgrounds, and green space are part of why families settle in our quieter neighborhoods.
Our fair housing commitment
We describe the property, not the resident. Every application is welcome regardless of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class. We're proud to be an Equal Housing Opportunity provider in Stillwater.
